Server migrated to more performant hardware

Based on user feedback and some access issues during the last tsunami around New Zealand (Northern Island & Kermadec Islands), we have migrated the website and database to more performant hardware.The server infrastructure was still running on 6-8 year old hardware. With the support of the Government of Flanders, it has now been migrated to a state of the art platform with fast SSD disks and recent CPUs.
Request should now be processed faster and more similtaneous connections should be possible.
